Through Innovative ideas, motivated researchers, sophisticated laboratories, and a clear vision, PREC is contributing to the solution of the energy problems of the present and the future energy problems. Current projects are: development of new materials for energy applications, energy storage, energy modeling, fuel cells applications and energy management practices.
Cooperation with municipal and state governments is central to PREC’s mission. Several agencies use our expertise in the evaluation of alternative resources and development of strategies to satisfy energy needs reducing the impact of energy use on the environment and following industry trends in harmony with local and federal legislation and planning.
Sophisticated laboratory equpment allow us to perform multiple tests on materials which include: phase analysis of multiphase samples, particle size and distribution, stain of particles, cell, parameters measurement, space group determination, Miller idexing, structural deformation and specific surface area.
We contribute to shaping a greener future by helping business customers to evaluate their facility designs anbd consumption practices to identify sustainable cost-saving opportunities that support healthy, high performance communnities. PREC also offers green-building education and resorces for the construction and operation of greeen building and homes.
