Dr. Jeffrey L. Duffany holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, an MSEE from Columbia Universtiy, and a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Since January 2003 he has been a faculty member at the School of Engineering of Universidad del Turabo teaching graduate courses in telecommunications and cybersecurity.
